Each story writes its text, illustrates every page, and narrates it with audio — this usually takes a few minutes. If a story shows as failed in your library, you won't be charged a credit for it; you can try generating it again, or email us the story's name and roughly when you created it and we'll look into it.

If you subscribed on the web, manage or cancel your plan from your Account page. If you subscribed through the iOS app, manage it from your iPhone or iPad's Settings app under your Apple ID → Subscriptions, since Apple handles that billing directly. For a billing question we can't resolve on our end, email [email protected] with the email address on your account.

You can delete an individual story or a child's profile directly where it appears in the app. To delete your entire account — including every profile and every story, permanently — go to your Account page and look for the "Danger zone" section, or email [email protected]and we'll do it for you. See our Privacy Policy for details on what gets deleted and how long it takes.

If any generated story ever looks wrong, unsafe, or inappropriate for a child, you can report it directly from the story itself — this immediately hides it while we review it. You can also email us directly at [email protected] with a link to or description of the story.
